英镑周四(8月14日)全线走强，得益于英国国内生产总值(GDP)与制造业数据表现亮眼。英国国家统计局(ONS)数据显示，第二季度经济环比增长0.3%，优于预期的0.1%。第一季度GDP增速则达0.7%。
英国6月经济环比增长0.4%(前值修正为下降0.1%)，远超市场预期的0.1%增幅。
工业数据同样表现强劲：6月制造业产出与工业生产环比分别增长0.5%和0.7%，较5月显著下滑态势实现反弹。
乐观的GDP与工业数据表明，英国经济表现优于预期——这一态势或使英国央行(BoE)无需激进降息，从而为英镑提供支撑。
在本月初的货币政策会议上，英国央行(BoE)将利率下调25个基点至4.00%，并维持“渐进审慎”的货币宽松政策指引。但此次决策分歧显著——九位货币政策委员中，有四人投票主张维持利率不变。

美元持续承压，因交易员普遍预期美联储将在9月货币政策会议上降息。追踪美元兑六大货币走势的美元指数(DXY)脆弱徘徊于97.85附近的两周低点。
CME美联储观察工具显示，市场已完全定价9月降息25个基点的预期，届时联邦基金利率将降至4.00-4.25%区间。
美联储降息预期强化主要源于：①劳动力市场降温②最新CPI报告显示关税对通胀影响有限。
本月早前公布的美国非农就业报告显示，7月新增就业岗位低于预期，且5-6月数据遭大幅下修。而周二CPI报告表明，整体通胀月率如预期增长0.2%(前值0.3%)，且未显现关税显著推高物价的证据。
美国财长斯科特·贝森特周三接受彭博电视专访时，以劳动力市场担忧为由呼吁美联储采取激进宽松政策。他预测将迎来“系列降息”，并主张9月会议应大幅降息50个基点，称“现行利率限制过度，应下调150-175个基点”。
日内市场焦点转向北京时间20:30公布的美国7月PPI数据。市场预期：月率方面，整体与核心PPI均料增长0.2%(6月为零增长)；年率方面，整体与核心PPI预计分别加速至2.5%和2.9%。
技术分析：英镑上涨至1.3600附近
英镑兑美元汇率周四升至1.3600附近，创下一个月新高。由于汇价坚守在20日指数移动平均线(EMA)1.3445上方，英镑兑美元短期趋势仍维持看涨。
14日相对强弱指数(RSI)突破60关口。若该指标能持稳于此水平上方，或将触发新一轮上涨动能。
下行方面，8月11日低点1.3400构成关键支撑区域；而上行方向，7月1日高点1.3790附近将形成重要阻力位。
